  1. Introduction
    Welcome to Miri Moffat Sports Therapy and Education. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, including remedial massage therapy, sports injury rehabilitation, and educational courses for fitness instructors, students, and massage therapists. By booking an appointment or enrolling in a course, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions
  2. Appointments and Cancellations
  • Clients must book appointments in advance.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will not be refunded.
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid delays for other clients. Full payment will still apply.
  1. Payments and Refunds
  • Payment is required at the time of booking or upon arrival unless otherwise arranged.
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.
  • Refunds for services are not provided unless due to extenuating circumstances at our discretion.
  • Course fees are non-refundable unless we have cancelled the course. Transfers to another course may be permitted under certain conditions.
  1. Health and Safety
  • Clients must provide accurate health information before treatment. We are not liable for adverse reactions due to undisclosed conditions.
  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if a client presents with a condition that may contraindicate treatment.  This will be recorded in the client’s notes and a referral to the client’s GP may be made.
  • Instructors and therapists providing courses adhere to the highest professional and ethical standards.
  1. Educational Courses
  • Course participants must meet any prerequisites before enrolment.
  • Certificates of completion will be issued only upon successful fulfilment of course requirements.
  • Course materials provided are for personal use and cannot be copied or distributed without permission.
  1. Liability and Disclaimer
  • We strive to provide professional and effective treatments and courses, but results may vary.
  • We are not responsible for injuries or conditions that may arise after treatment or course participation.
  • Clients and students agree to participate at their own risk.
  1. Privacy Policy
  • We collect and store personal information only to provide our services.
  • Client and student information is confidential and will not be shared without consent unless required by law.
  1. Code of Conduct
  • Respectful behaviour is expected from all clients, students, and staff.  Harassment or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.
  1. Amendments
  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients and students will be notified of significant changes.
