At Miri Moffat Sports Therapy and Education, we work hard to provide high-quality sports massage, functional movement services, and educational courses. Your satisfaction and well-being are our top priorities, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent policy for cancellations, refunds, and disputes.
Refund Policy
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours‘ notice to receive a full refund or reschedule at no additional fee.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or missed without notice are non-refundable due to the time reserved exclusively for you.
- Service Satisfaction: If you have concerns about your service, please get in touch with us within 48 hours. We will do our best to find a solution, which may include an adjustment or a partial refund at our discretion.
Dispute Resolution
- We encourage open communication—if you experience any issues, please contact us first so we can resolve them promptly.
- In the case of a payment dispute, we will provide all necessary documentation to the payment provider to ensure a fair resolution.
- Refunds for services already rendered are not guaranteed but may be considered in special circumstances.
