SCOPE OF PRIVACY POLICY:
This Privacy Policy applies to your use of any of our services, including:
- when you request information from MMST.
- when you engage our services.
- because of your relationship with one or more of our clients.
- your use of our website. The type of personal information MMST collects is necessary for performance of business, in other words, we have a legitimate interest and a legal obligation to do so.
- MMST can collect so called: Personal identifiers, contacts, characteristics such as name, address, emails, potential information related to health conditions, so an appropriate assessment can be carried out with respect to your therapy, website user stats – the information is strictly controlled and collected only as required by law. For this reason, the information collected is not only restricted to the above-mentioned identifiers.
- MMST is authorized to collect necessary data under the Data Protection Act 2018, based on the lawful grounds outlined below.

Under Right of Access, you may make a request to MMST and when appropriate and lawful we will provide you with information held about you on our system within 30 days from the receipt of such request.

HOW WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION?
Your information is securely stored on MMST cloud. We keep relevant information for 6 years unless the law will require us to keep it for longer. We will then dispose your information by deleting it from our cloud system.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION:
We may share your information with third parties where:
1) you have consented for us to do so;
2) we are under a legal, regulatory or professional obligation to do so (for example, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements).
3) Security: We take reasonable steps to hold information securely in electronic or physical form (when necessary) and to prevent unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. The transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. We cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our online services; any transmission is at your own risk.
HOW TO COMPLAIN:

Our Data Protection Officer will deal with your complaint within 21 working days from the date of receipt of your complaint.
